⟢ RETURN POLICY & REFUND
MUKO GLASS offers the opportunity to return your products. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any intact product in their original packaging. Otherwise, if damaged, incomplete or absent, the items will not be refunded.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
In case of return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping freight and provide the appropriate return label.
Please note, I do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered.
⟢ ORDER CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel your order, that's absolutely fine. You'll get a refund, minus the credit card/paypal processing fees. The cancellation has to be done before items are being shipped, you have 24 hours to cancel your order, you can do it by sending an email to [email protected]
⟢ UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, and I get your order back, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund, as well as 5€ administrative fee. If you wish to get your order again, you'll have to pay for a new shipping.
