⟢ DUTIES & TAXES
If you leave outside of the European Union, custom duties and fees will apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to Wobbly Studio. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
⟢ DAMAGES
Glass is very fragile. If you receive a broken or damaged shipment, please take photos of the parcel and its content, and contact me within 3 days at [email protected]
I will replace any damaged pieces free of charge, as long as there are in stock, or you will get a refund.
